All tankless water heaters work off the same principle. If your incoming water is a certain temperature and your set point is a certain temp, depending on the capabilities of the unit (GPM) will determine your output temp at your point-of-use flow rates. The colder the water, the longer time is needed as it passes through your heating elements, thus your flow rate has to be slowed down.

Product defects are covered by Marey's 5-year Limited Warranty.

Follow these instructions to help expedite your return:
Contact us in advance for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Follow the return instructions that we provide to you, which include the RMA# and shipping address to the Marey Customer Service Center in Miami, Florida.
You will then receive your refund when the unit has been returned to Marey.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the 30day return unless it is a warranty or defect return.
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds will not be issued on products that have been broken or damaged by customers!
Buyers must consult with a Marey Service Technician first prior to any return request and the unit deemed to have documented factory defect.
Units not functioning properly due to "customer set up"
DO NOT
qualify as a manufacturer's defect. Other non-qualifying reasons Including but not limited to the following:
1. Unit is not properly sized for the desired application.
2. Unit is not properly sized for the recommended geographic location.
3. Customer power supply not suitable for installation of electric units.
4. Customer ordering the wrong fuel type.
5. Customer water pressure or flow rate not consistent with minimum requirements for the unit to function properly.
Buyer agrees that by entering into a transaction for this item to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract.
Buyers attempting to avoid the return shipping charges by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.
Returned units that have been damaged by buyer will be subject to restock fee or possible rejection of return claim.
All sales are final after 30 days.
